Walmart Development

A few years back, Walmart purchased the open space where their store is now at the corner of Blanco Rd. and the Wurzbach Parkway. North Castle Hills resident and attorney Wayne Fagan led the negotiations with Walmart with involvement from the City of San Antonio and Northside Neighborhoods for Organized Development. Wayne did an outstanding job at getting many restrictions placed on the Walmart development. A few included additional buffer space between Walmart and North Castle Hills, restricted truck traffic along Vista View and many other items that benefit our neighborhood.

Wayne always reminds people living here that North Castle Hills HOA is one of the signatory parties that has the right to enforce these covenants and so it is important that all property owners in NCH HOA have access to the documents pertaining to the agreement. You can download that covenant below.

Since individual property owners do not have the right to enforce the covenant, it is extremely important that the NCH HOA maintain its presence and viability.

So, we would encourage you to stay up to date and even participate in the HOA's work.
