NCH Street party a Success

Pictured above from left to right, Madi, John, Ryan, Dani from Keller Williams and Julie and Carol from the NCH HOA.

The North Castle Hills HOA sponsored a Street Party a few weeks ago to give neighbors a chance to enjoy the great outdoors and each other. We met some new NCH families and a few of their pets too.

Many thanks to NCHHOA social chairs Julie Fagan and Carol Eisenhart for pulling the party together. A special thanks goes to Ryan McDaniel and the team from Keller Williams who provided the sausage wraps, sides and cookies for the evening.

Let's do it again soon!

San Antonio Water System is updating its water conservation plan. The City's water utility is proposing some new drought stage rules along with fees for residents not complying with landscape watering schedules when the City is in various drought stages. You can find out more by clicking here.

Communication with Walmart

The North Castle Hills HOA has contacted the Walmart store manager to ask about their security practices and to remind them that the binding agreement our neighborhood (via the NCHHOA) requires them to have 24-security. We have not heard an official response from the store, however, the new store manager is fully briefed on some of the more important items in that agreement such as security, truck deliveries and store expansion limitations.

Speaking of store construction, Walmart is actually remodeling their store, but not expanding it.

We will keep neighbors up to speed on any new communications we have with the store. And as always, if you have any questions or suggestions, just send us an email.

Flag Brigade Thank You!

We also want to thank our NCH Flag Brigade for helping us celebrate our nation's holidays by decorating our yards with the American flag. It is always a beautiful sight to see North Castle Hills streets lined with Old Glory!

In addition to the neighbors listed above who also serve on the Flag Brigade, we want to thank Joe Blydenburgh, Jon Fautley, and Laurel & Max Kluge for their work as well.
